Point system and reputation system added!

I have now added a point system and reputation system to the forum.

The point system is basically just the ammount of points you have. For ever post you make, you get 1 point. For every thread, you get 3 points. However, all sections in the 'The Community' category have no point value, so no points will be given no matter what when posting their or adding a thread.
Keep in mind that Admins can add/take away points depending on behavior and such.

The reputation system is basically rateing someone. Say if they helped you out alot with something or they did a good job on something, you can give them a +rep. If they did something you didn't like such as being mean or something, you can give them a -rep. Each day a user is only permited to 4 rep + or -, meaning you can only + or - 4 people in one day. Also, their is a 1 min. waiting period between + and - reping.

I may make changes to these to improve the forum more, but as of now this is how they will stay.

Things I plan to change/add:
- Donating points to other users.
- Extra points to groups.
- Banned after certain number or - reps.
- VIP after certain number of + reps.
